Shipping Policy

Turnaround
100% of our orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days . If you order before 5 pm CST on a weekday, your items will ship the next day. If you place an order after 5 pm CST or anytime over the weekend, your order ships out the following business day - excluding major Holidays.

  • Contiguous US, Hawaii & Alaska: Fitleaf uses USPS and FedEx to make sure your package arrives on time.
  • Puerto Rico & other US territories: Not available for shipping.
  • Any orders deemed “too large”, which are typically bulk orders, would require additional handling costs and may be sent via LTL Freight service at your request. For more information on specific shipping needs, please email us at support@fitleaf.com.

If the tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates


Shipping rates vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Return & Refund Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read through our return and refund policy stated below.

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt of your original order. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging and requires the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will issue you a full refund, less shipping, back to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the credit within 5-10 business days from the date the refund is issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Shipping Label Provided
A shipping label with an assigned RMA number will be provided for you to return the goods. Please ship all returns to:

4. Disclaimer
Products that are received by Fitleaf in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return or refund and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from the Fitleaf website or the mobile application. (Amazon or other 3rd Party purchases must be returned where it was purchased).
  • Any product that is damaged or used.
  • Any virtual product (namely, eBooks).
